Lemon Parmesan Asparagus
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lemon
- Parmesan to taste
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
- Saute the asparagus for roughly 5 minutes - add juice from the lemon at any time during sauteing.
- Remove the asparagus from the pan and transfer to a serving dish.
- Top with desired amount of shaved Parmesan cheese.
