I love all kinds of salads and salad dressings.  This salad is one of my favorites since it includes ingredients often found in antipasto dishes.


Romain lettuce
Dry Salami
Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Kalamata Olives
Banana Peppers
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

I like to shred my Romain lettuce and then roughly chop the toppings.  Once the salad is assembled, I drizzle a small amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar followed by a dash of salt and pepper.

I tend to overindulge in the rich and fatty holiday foods this time of year.  This salad is light and refreshing and perfect solution to all that overindulgence.
