Whenever I'm entertaining guests or serving up a special appetizer for the family, it usually involves cheese. I'm obsessed with cheese. Especially a delicious melty cheese like baked brie.

How to Make Baked Brie with Apricot Jam

Baked brie with apricot jam is one of the easiest party appetizers you can possibly make! All you have to do it unwrap your wheel of brie, place it into your baking dish, top with apricot jam, and place it into your oven.  Roughly 10 minutes later you and your guests will be enjoying some sweet ooey gooey goodness.

Sometimes I'll use a baking sheet but I really love using these Pampered Chef mini skillets for making baked brie.  They're the perfect size for the type of brie wheel that I usually buy and can fit in my air fryer too. 

What To Serve with Baked Brie with Apricot Jam

When serving this baked brie with apricot jam, you can't go wrong with slices of yummy grilled bread.  I like to buy a whole French baguette, slice it up, coat with a layer of olive oil and use my indoor grill to get those beautiful grill marks.

A variety of crackers are another wonderful option for serving up baked brie.

Baked Brie with Apricot Jam

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes


  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place the unwrapped wheel of brie cheese into a mini cast iron skillet
  3. Top the brie with the apricot jam
  4. bake for 10 to 12 minutes
  5. remove from the oven and serve on a heat resistant surface
