This baked brie is also good for a lazy afternoon enjoying the company of your family. Over the past few years, I've decided to regularly serve up my family's favorite party appetizers that we used to save only for special occasions.

How to Serve Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans
This time I decided to make my baked brie in a mini cast iron skillet that I could also use for serving. It's so convenient and cute! Just make sure to use a trivet under the cast iron and let everyone know it's HOT.
Serve up the baked brie with fig jam and pecans with some delicious crackers or grilled French bread. Use a cheese spreader to slather that ooey gooey goodness onto your crackers.
It's best to serve baked brie right away while the cheese is at the consistency you're going for.

Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 2 Tbsp fig jam
- 2 oz. pecans
- 1 tsp honey
- fresh thyme to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Add the wheel of Brie cheese to your baking dish
- Top with the fig jam followed by the pecans
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
- Remove the Brie from the oven and add the honey and thyme.
