How to Serve Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans

This time I decided to make my baked brie in a mini cast iron skillet that I could also use for serving. It's so convenient and cute!  Just make sure to use a trivet under the cast iron and let everyone know it's HOT.

Serve up the baked brie with fig jam and pecans with some delicious crackers or grilled French bread. Use a cheese spreader to slather that ooey gooey goodness onto your crackers.

It's best to serve baked brie right away while the cheese is at the consistency you're going for.
