Don't you just want to dig in already?
Baked brie recipes are my favorite easy appetizers whether I'm hosting a party or just casually hanging out with the family.
How To Make Baked Brie with Honey
Party appetizers don't get easier than baked brie with honey. All you have to do it unwrap your brie, stick it in a baking dish, drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of thyme, and pop in the oven. In just about 10 minutes, the brie will be at the delicious melted consistency and almost ready for you to enjoy.
Since the honey will get nice and runny in the oven, instead of baking the brie on a baking sheet like I so often do, I like to make this baked brie recipe in a mini cast iron skillet. I love this mini skillet from Pampered Chef. It's the perfect size for a party appetizer like baked brie or a delicious baked dip. It's also great for serving up individual desserts like skillet cookies or brownies.
How to serve Baked Brie with Honey
If you are baking your party appetizer in a mini cast iron skillet like I did, it's a great way to serve your baked brie with honey too. I used a small trivet on my wooden serving platter before placing the cast iron onto it. Warn your guests that the skillet is still hot when they start to dig in though. Make sure to add a cheese knife as well.
What To Serve with Baked Brie With Honey
Around your baked brie with honey, you can serve some toasted french bread, sturdy crackers, and fresh grapes like shown here.
It's so good!
