Baked brie is one of my favorite party appetizers. It's quick, easy, and most people love it! I frequently make baked brie with jam, but this time I decided to make baked brie with jelly - a delicious hot and sweet pepper jelly.
I was shopping at Trader Joe's recently and they were sampling this pepper jelly. It was amazing and I decided to grab a jar to make baked brie with pepper jelly as my next appetizer. If you don't have a Trader Joe's near you, a lot of grocery stores carry pepper jelly or you can grab a jar on Amazon.

I also recently picked up a new brie baker. It's giving off Mackenzie-Childs vibes, right? I got this one at Ross, but here are a few brie bakers with lids and spreaders on Amazon.

Start by scoring your brie with a sharp knife in a criss cross pattern.

Then top the brie with some yummy pepper jelly.

Bake for about 15 minutes and then you're ready to serve some melty hot and sweet cheesy goodness! I like to serve baked brie with pepper jelly with either crackers or grilled bread.
