I actually like breakfast food. And I get up and make my little guy breakfast, but I usually don't make anything for myself. I'm tired of feeling sick though, so it's time to change this habit. What better way to get in the habit of starting off the day with something other than coffee, than a protein shake.
Protein shakes are so quick and easy, even I can't argue that making one is harder than brewing a pot of coffee.
I started my day off with this Banana Berry Protein Shake and finally felt normal again.
Banana Berry Protein Shake
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed.
Since berries are not in season yet, I like to keep frozen berries on hand. The blend I used for the protein shake contains raspberries, blue berries, and cherries - yummy!
I can't say I won't also be enjoying a cup of coffee (or 3) but at least I'm starting the day off in a much healthier way.

Action Fuel Pro Review has been nearing all the time of late thus obviously, being the test sort, I chose to really give it a shot. One thing I saw is that they assert that with Action Fuel Pro Review will give you comes about notwithstanding the amount you workout. Something I am not enthusiastic about accepting but rather in the event that its actual it could truly be the supplement for me. All things considered, we should examine how it lives up to expectations and how it can offer you those amazing results.
