Anyway.... I was in a little bit of a hurry, so I don't have a tutorial for you, but I wanted to share how they turned out.
This particular baseball fan happens to love the St. Louis Cardinals. I drew the logo on the cookies with an edible food marker, and then went over that with royal icing.
The baseballs themselves were easy. I used the same cookie cutter I had cut the dough out with the mark where I wanted the stitching on the ball to be. I traced over that line with red icing and then used a "v" shape to make the stitches.
My hubby happens to be CRAZY about the Red Sox, so I'll probably be making more baseball cookies soon.

Who's going to pay for that? The parents: my wife and me. I'd have to set up the singularly most successful baseball fundraising drive ever. Amateur athletes don't get paid. That's a ton of chocolate chip cookies. I'd probably be competing with the national brands lining the shelves of our local grocery store.
Hitters should really put their best shot but in order to do that a good bat is necessary Picking the right bat is very important for any baseball player. So, important that it requires players to spent several hours and even days to scout the baseball bats.sports
could you tell me the name of the materal you use for your stencils thanks
Hi Nancy! I use the plastic from school report covers – they only cost about 15 cents and are really durable. But, they do make plastic sheets that are specifically for making stencils – just search it on Amazon 🙂
