I absolutely love festive cutlery. It's convenient for your guests to have their knife, spoon, and fork all wrapped up in a napkin as a single package. Plus, it adds a super cute decorative element to your party or gathering. I had purchased red plastic utensils and blue napkins, so I decided to make white napkin rings. I thought that including a star design would be perfect for a patriotic party.
DIY Patriotic Napkin Rings
I love to DIY all that I can for my parties, so once again, I used my Cricut Explore One™ for these napkins rings. This is probably the easiest project because once each napkin ring is cut, all you have to do is wrap the napkin ring around your utensil setting and attach the two ends together. There's not even any glue required. Since it was impossible for me to take photos while I was using both of my hands to put these together, here's a video to see how.

I do almost everything for my parties myself, so I like to get whatever I can out of the way in advance. I made these patriotic napkin rings about a week before the party and didn't have to think about them again until I was setting up.
