Elvis Cookies

I loved the idea of drawing Elvis' face on the plain white cookies.  To make the cookies, I frosted sugar cookies with white royal icing.  Then, to draw the faces and records, I used a black food marker.

 

 

I think they turned out pretty cute.  Of course, to give cookies as a birthday present, they also have to be packaged up.  I decided to package each individual cookie in a cookie bag with a red bow.  I then placed the cookies on an old vinyl record and wrapped the whole thing in cellophane.
