One day I had a craving for something that I couldn't quite put my finger on.  I knew that I wanted something tomato-y and beef broth sounded good too.  I looked all through our pantry, and came up with a version of this soup.  After seeing how much I liked the combination of the Campbell's Fire Roasted Tomato Skillet sauce, beef broth and pasta, I thought the only thing the soup was missing was beans.  This soup is super easy, relatively fast, and my family loves it.

Recipe:
1 lb. ground beef
6 cups beef broth
1 can red beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 package of Campbell's Fire Roasted Tomato Skillet sauce
8 oz. uncooked pasta

1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
2. Add the beef broth, beans, and tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
3. Add the pasta and simmer on medium heat for 12-15 minutes.

I like making my soups from scratch, so hopefully I can figure out how to duplicate the sauce soon.  But for now, I'm not going to mess with this recipe since it's such a big hit at my house.
