Welcome to day 7 of the 12 Days of Christmas! Today Bri from Parties With A Cause, Jennifer from BellaGrey Designs and I are all sharing healthy Christmas recipes with you. I'm showing you how to make this delicious and healthy Waldorf salad with grapes and Greek yogurt.
So, a traditional Waldorf salad is made with mayonnaise. I like mayonnaise in extremely small amounts on a sandwich or in a tuna salad. But I though that a Waldorf salad would taste SO MUCH better with Greek yogurt. And the Greek yogurt that I used had a honey flavor so it was extra yummy!
You know what this salad reminds me of? The movie Serendipity. Do you remember how they just barely missed each other at the Waldorf Astoria? Anyway, I love that movie and I love this salad. Crunchy apples, celery, walnuts, and pecans with sweet juicy grapes and combined with a Greek yogurt flavored with honey is a totally guilt-free indulgence!

- 2 stalks celery diced
- 3 medium apples chopped
- 1 cup sliced grapes
- 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/4 chop chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with honey
- mixed greens to garnish
- Combine celery, apples ,grapes, walnuts, pecan, and Greek yogurt with honey into a bowl.
- Stir well.
- Garnish serving bowl with a layer of mixed greens.
- Top with Waldorf salad ingredients and serve.
