You might be surprised to see how easy it is to make homemade peanut butter in a blender!

Have you ever bough natural peanut butter at the store? There might be a layer of oil on top that needs to be stirred back in, and sometimes the peanut better takes quite a bit of elbow grease to get it to a consistency that is easily spreadable.
But this homemade peanut butter stays super smooth, creamy, and spreadable even after being stored in the refrigerator for days!!!! And the ONLY ingredient is roasted salted peanuts.
How? By adding the peanuts to a high powered blender!
I know that you can make peanut butter using a regular blender or food processor, but you usually need to also add honey or an oil in order for it to blend properly.

The peanut butter is not sweet, except for the little hint of honey if you're using honey roasted peanuts. But it's perfect for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! I've also been making jelly in my cooking blender, and I guess I didn't realize just how much sugar typical jelly requires before this. Homemade jams and jellies are so delicious though and I can't wait to try more flavors.
