Moscow mules have become one of my favorite cocktails.  This drink is so easy and refreshing - I can't wait to do some entertaining this spring with this as my signature drink.

If you saw my post from last week, then you already recognize these Moscow mule mugs.  I've been wanting these mugs forrrrrrr-evahhhhh, and finally bought some.  So, of course I had to share the cocktail with you that are meant for these gorgeous mugs.

Here's what you need:  limes, vodka, ice, and ginger beer.  If you've never had ginger beer, it's a ginger soda.  It's very similar to ginger ale, only the flavor seems to be more intense.  The recipe calls for ginger beer, but I think that ginger ale would be a perfectly good substitute.  I picked up my delicious Ginger Beer at World Market though.

You better be careful with these drinks.  I made one with and one without vodka.  I couldn't tell the difference!  I had fully intended on letting my little guy try the one without vodka.  Unfortunately for him, I since I couldn't tell the differnce, and I forgot which mug was which, he didn't get any this time.

If you try this recipe, let me know how you liked it!
