A Halloween syringe cocktail served in a skeleton hand glass with a syringe filled with blood orange syrup

Welcome back to the 13 days of Halloween ideas!  Today Bri from Parties With A Cause and I are sharing Halloween drinks for adults and kids.

I happen to enjoy a cocktail every once in a while, and I just love the idea of a witch's brew Halloween adult beverage. I can't help but think of the poisoned apple from Snow White when I think of witches. So, this cocktail used hard apple cider as the main ingredient.  But to make it even more "poisoned" there's a shot of bourbon.  Top that off with a syringe filled with blood orange syrup and it's a perfect Halloween cocktail.

Beware! This witch's brew Halloween cocktail is DANGEROUS - it's so yummy, but you can barely taste the alcohol and there's a good amount inside with the bourbon AND hard apple cider.  So keep that in mind and make sure to let anyone you're serving this apple and blood orange Halloween cocktail to that it might sneak up on you!  I know you already know this - but drink responsibly and hand over those car keys!

This witch's brew Halloween cocktail can easily be made kid-friendly by leaving out the bourbon, and substituting the hard apple cider for sparkling apple cider.
