Welcome to day 9 of the 13 days of Halloween party ideas! This time of year is filled with lots of candy and other Halloween sweet treats. I have a major sweet tooth and always look forward to raiding my kid's candy haul after trick-or-treating. But just like everything else in life, your Halloween party should have some balance when it comes to the food you serve up. That's why for today, Bri over at Parties With A Cause and I are sharing healthy Halloween party recipes.
How to Make Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
These spicy buffalo cauliflower bites are so easy to throw together. Cut up a large head of cauliflower and toss the florets together with a little flour and some buffalo wing sauce.
Then spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven making sure to flip the cauliflower about half way through.
Here you can see this healthy Halloween recipe in action in my latest YouTube video:
Keep in mind that when you are ready to serve the spicy buffalo cauliflower that they will still be saucy. Some people might not mind eating these as you would chicken wings, meaning that they have to keep wiping their fingers off. But I would still make sure to serve them with the option of forks.
