I love this recipe because it's just so quick and easy. It's actually a variation of one of the new Pampered Chef recipes made in a pressure cooker. I used my Pampered Chef Quick Cooker and this dip was ready in only a few minutes.

Spooky Spinach and Artichoke Halloween Dip Recipe (adapted from a Pampered Chef recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 pkg 10 oz. frozen spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp chopped mint
- 1/4 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- ¼ tsp salt
- Add-Ins
- 4 oz. white sharp cheddar
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Chop up the marinated artichoke hearts
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the add-ins into your pressure cooker.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook for 6 minutes
- Release the pressure and stir in the add-ins.
