Welcome back to the 13 days of Halloween!  Today Bri from Parties With A Cause and I are both sharing some super fun savory Halloween recipes.  Doesn't this spooky spinach and artichoke Halloween dip look perfect for enjoying with you family this season?

I love this recipe because it's just so quick and easy.  It's actually a variation of one of the new Pampered Chef recipes made in a pressure cooker.  I used my Pampered Chef Quick Cooker and this dip was ready in only a few minutes.

Spooky Spinach and Artichoke Halloween Dip Recipe (adapted from a Pampered Chef recipe)

Spooky Spinach and Artichoke Halloween Dip Recipe (adapted from a Pampered Chef recipe)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 11 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 pkg 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp chopped mint
  • 1/4 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Add-Ins
  • 4 oz. white sharp cheddar
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Chop up the marinated artichoke hearts
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except for the add-ins into your pressure cooker.
  3. Seal the lid and pressure cook for 6 minutes
  4. Release the pressure and stir in the add-ins.
