Hooray!  There is a brand new Sprouts grocery store here in El Paso, TX.  And believe me, I could not be more excited about this!  If you are unfamiliar with Sprouts, it is a wonderful grocery store filled with all kinds of natural, organic, gluten free, vegan, and other healthy options not available in other stores. If you're also a store owner, you can properly display your products with the utilization of items such as slat panel.

Thanks to this little blog of mine, I was able to get an invite to the stores Pre-Grand Opening event and get a close look inside before it was open to the public.  I'm already pretty familiar with Sprouts.  We have another one here but it's on the other side of town and 40 minutes away from me. When I saw that there was going to be a Sprouts only 5 minutes away from my house, I started doing my happy dance.  I've been counting down the store opening for the past 6 months!
The super friendly store manager, Able, gave me a tour of the brand new store.  It's beautiful!  They have a fresh made sushi station, a sandwich counter, a juice bar, and an in store dining room up at the front.
At the meat counter, all of the cuts are done in store by the butcher.  They also have up to 25 different varieties of sausage that are made fresh daily in store.
I sampled this Chicken Parmesan sausage and it was soooooooo tasty.
I love the bulk food section.  You can get as little or as much as you want of beans, rice, grains, flour, nuts, and dried fruits.  Plus buying this way is really affordable.  It only costs me about $1 to make risotto for dinner for the hubby and me when I buy the rice from the bulk bin.
The wine and beer selection has so much variety.  I happen to love dark beer, and Sprouts has a ton of stouts and porters that I've never even heard of!  I can't wait to pick out a yummy stout for a corned beef recipe next month.
I grew up hating olives, and now I can't get enough.  Plus this olive bar also has marinated mushrooms.  When I was pregnant with my first baby, marinated mushrooms was my major craving and we would drive the 40 minutes to the other Sprouts just to get them!
My absolute favorite section in Sprouts is the fresh produce.  Not only does Sprouts only carry grade A produce, but the prices are amazing.  And there is so much variety!  I can run and pick up delicious fruits and vegetables that I can't find anywhere else in El Paso.
Aren't these artichokes gorgeous? Anyway, our new Sprouts has now been open for 2 weeks and I've gone shopping there several times.  Every time has been a pleasant shopping experience.  If you're lucky enough to have a Sprouts near you, you should definitely check it out. As for the blog, having a Sprouts so close to me means that you will be seeing a lot of healthy recipes coming your way. P.s. - this is not a sponsored post and as you can see, I do not have any affiliate links.  I really just love Sprouts!
