Happy Thursday everyone! Once again, there were some really amazing posts last week.  I must confess, that sometimes when I first started joining  link parties, I did not always read other posts.  This defeats the purpose of a link party a little bit.  The whole point is more exposure for your posts, and you gotta give a little to get a little 🙂  Plus, it's nice to get know other bloggers.  So please, remember to check at least 1 or 2 other posts.  I promise it won't take more than 5 minutes, and you won't be disappointed.  Like I said, last week was full of wonderful posts.

This week's feature comes from Blue Crab Martini.  I have been wanting to make ice cream for the last few days.  Part of my ice cream maker is already in the freezer.  This Coconut and Clementine Paleo Ice Cream is definitely on the list of ice creams to make in the next few weeks.
