Happy Thursday Everyone! I just had my first experience with Bountiful Baskets this past weekend, and I must say, I'm hooked. If you don't know what I'm talking about, make sure to check out their website. Bountiful Baskets is a food co-op that offers a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. I ended up getting a 25 pound bag of beautiful rainbow carrots. 25 Pounds!!! That's a lot of carrots. Stay tuned for a post on pickled rainbow carrots this weekend. And if you have any carrot recipes, I'd love to hear about them.
