I'm a fanatic for beautiful grazing and charcuterie boards. A charcuterie board makes the perfect "girl dinner" when you get the chance to hang out with your besties. Whether you're hosting a book club, chick flick movie marathon, or a soiree that rivals the ballrooms of Mayfair, this fruit and dessert charcuterie board with raspberry jam adds dreamy elegant vibes to any girls night in.
The Ultimate Swoon-Worthy Dessert Cheese Plate
It's been a few years now since I moved 2000 mile away from my best friend but we've managed to visit each other 4 different times this past year. One of our favorite things to do together is have a girls night in with a classic movie, something bubbly to drink, and a delicious charcuterie board.

3 different types of cheeses, juicy berries, sliced peaches, fig and olive crisps, crepe waffle wafer cookies, macarons, and a scrumptious raspberry jam makes this the dessert cheese board of my dreams. I guess technically you can't call this a dessert charcuterie board because there is no cured meat. But you could always throw some prosciutto on if you need to be correct. In fact, that sounds delicious..... maybe next time I will.
I get a lot of my charcuterie board basics at Trader Joe's. I frequently will grab berries, various fruits, a variety of crackers, cured meats, and 2 to 3 yummy cheeses. One day I spotted a white Stilton with apricots cheese that sounded too interesting to pass up. It was amazing. So if you can find that particular one, I highly recommend it, but a nice creamy and mild cheese with any type of fruit would be delicious on this board too.
How to Make a Fruit and Dessert Charcuterie Board
The best part about this fruit and dessert cheese board is how easy it is. Besides washing the berries and slicing up the peaches and cheese, the only real work is arranging everything on your platter.

Because there is such a variety of flavors, textures, and colors, this dessert charcuterie board is all about balance when it comes to assembly. I like to keep that in mind whenever I'm putting together a charcuterie or grazing board. I started with placing the bowl of raspberry jam on the board and working from there. Next I laid out the cheeses, followed by the crepe wafer cookies, macarons, and fig and olive crisps. I tucked in the sliced peaches and added the berries followed by my finishing touches of mint and lavender for the garnish.
A crepe waffle wafer cookie with jam, some cheese and topped with a piece of fruit is divine! I'm a little bummed because I haven't seen this exact crepe waffle wafer in a while at Trader Joe's but next time I do, I'm loading up! In the mean time these Crispy Rolled and Fan Wafers from Gavottes are great too and I've seen them in most grocery stores and on Amazon.
